Portugal. Dry on the palate, well-balanced with good texture and a pleasant finish. Pale golden colour, subtle aromas of citrus and stone fruits.

South Africa. The selling point of this wine is that it is just pure Chardonnay – no toasted barrels, oak chips or oak flavoured powder that are in common usage. A fine unadulterated example of this noble grape – subtle tropical notes with a strong citrus core.

Chile. A deep green yellow colour, fresh and fruity with aromas of tropical fruits and classic gooseberry. Deliciously fruity on the palate with a balanced body and crisp, long clean finish.

North Macedonia.Smederevka- a long established grape variety from the Tikves region-delicate scents of white flowers and jasmine-crisp and intense with a long balanced finish.

Italy. Slow ripened on the Il cascinone estate in the cooler north west of the country. Light and delicate dry white with floral notes, hints of apple and fresh lime. Crisp on the palate with a pleasant mineral finish.

Italy. A richer, fuller style of Pinot Grigio from the warmer Sicilian climate. Tropical aromas with great weight in the mouth, ripe tropical fruit, especially pineapple, on the long finish.

Spain. Oak fermented. Citric notes and sweet touches on the nose combined with vanilla undertones on a patisserie base. Elegant and fresh with a perfect balance of acidity and fruit notes.

France. A blend of the three main Champagne varieties, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Aged for a minimum of three years in the cellars, this is rich and complex with a lovely mousse, a beautifully soft texture and notes of orange peel and honey amidst the delicious citrus fruit flavours. Some classic hints of brioche and tobacco complete the picture.












Red Wine

Portugal. Produced from various Portuguese varieties including Moreto, Castelão and Trincadeira. Aromas of ripe cherries and chocolate and crushed berries. A soft mouth-filling wine with red fruits and warming tannins.

Chile. This is a full bodied and concentrated, ripe tannins and a long, lingering finish. Red-violet in colour, this wine is characterized by ripe blackberries, tobacco and spices. Elegant and floral, maintains the classic characteristics of the Carmenere grape.

France. The strawberry scented Grenache is perfectly complemented by the plummy Merlot in this supple moreish blend.

Argentina. A vibrant and fruity union of New and Old World wines. Malbec provides fruit and complexity, Cabernet Sauvignon adds elegance and structure, the Merlot body and velvety tannins.

France. A lighter style of red from Domaine Chante Cigale, located within the village of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. A blend of Grenache and Carignan grapes with fresh raspberry fruits on the nose, flavours of ripe cherry and a touch of spice. Five year ageing in Burgundy barrels rounds out the tannins.

Argentina. It’s part of the new wave of Malbecs we’ve seen coming out of Mendoza recently where the wine makers are keen to let the grapes do the talking. Cherries, loads of bright fruit, a little spice and some earthy notes feature in this Malbec.

New Zealand. Fresh and bright with notes of cherry, cranberry, plum and bramble fruits on the nose and on the palate. Silky rich, mouth filling with floral notes and a sweetly spicy finish.

Italy. Blend of Merlot and Corvina grapes made in the Amarone style. Vibrant purple colour, rich luscious nose full of sweet, ripe dark cherry and plum. Solid structure due to the elevated alcohol and balance between soft tannins and acidity. Oak ageing gives pleasant spices and vanilla notes with a rich, velvety finish.


Rosé Wine
