sesame, 5 spice, Bootham honey, miso glazed Pak-choi, chilli, peanut and coriander sauce

Persian stuffed aubergine
Puy lentils, feta, pistachio, harissa butter sauce

Rump Pave steak
seam cut rump steak cooked “sous vide”, king oyster mushroom, roast tomato, Yorkshire blue cheese sauce
